Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, excavation, and site preparation tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and light equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure site safety and efficiency
- Follow precise instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols and quality standards
- Support concrete pouring, formwork installation, and finishing operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in daily site briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for task comprehension
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
- Valid work permit if applicable (non-Malaysian citizens)
- No formal qualifications required; training provided
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices
