Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and accurate records.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company updates, product changes, and industry regulations to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a contact centre or customer service role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a structured environment.
  • Willingness to work within office hours (e.g., 9am–6pm) with occasional overtime as needed.
  • Singaporean / PR / valid work pass holders only.
