Responsibilities
- Support the consolidation process of financial results for the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all entities.
- Manage monthly reporting tasks, including month-end closing results and mid-month forecasts.
- Prepare detailed financial statements, variance analysis, and comprehensive management reports.
- Coordinate with various business units to gather, validate, and analyze financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with SFRS/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent recognized professional qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of SFRS/IFRS and consolidation accounting principles.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and consistently meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
