Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategic plans aligned with business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic frameworks, models, and dashboards for performance tracking
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure strategic alignment
- Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Support budget planning and resource allocation processes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the planning function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or consulting
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis, financial modeling, and business forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of automotive industry and Philippine business landscape is a plus
