Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive corporate strategic plans, aligning them with overall organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Conduct thorough business analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with various departments to ensure the seamless integration and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed presentations, reports, and analyses for senior management, outlining strategic recommendations, progress updates, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategic initiatives, recommending adjustments and optimizations as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Contribute actively to the annual budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and resource allocation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in corporate planning processes, tools, and methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate planning, strategic analysis, business development, or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning frameworks, financial modeling, data analysis, and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential; experience with business intelligence (BI) tools is a significant advantage.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
- Prior experience within the automotive, motorcycle, or related retail/distribution industries in the Philippines is a plus.
