Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of corporate strategic plans, annual business plans, and operational roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress against strategic objectives.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to the Board and senior management.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resources.
- Identify new business opportunities, growth areas, and potential risks, proposing data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or business development, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and working with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, strategic curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with the Philippine automotive market and regulatory landscape is an advantage.
