We are seeking a result-oriented Costumer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about vehicles, promotions, financing, and after-sales support. As a frontline ambassador for our brand, you will deliver courteous, accurate, and timely information, helping customers navigate options and turning inquiries into satisfied buyers and loyal clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-purchase support.
Your responsibilities include
- Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and live chat; address inquiries about vehicles, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for test drives and showroom visits; follow up to maximize attendance.
- Update customer records in the CRM, track interactions, and maintain data accuracy.
- Resolve basic issues and coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and communicate features, benefits, and differentiators to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors with clear documentation and recommended next steps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service or call centers; automotive or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language skills are a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
