Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual content for multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategy with overarching business objectives.
- Create and maintain brand style guides to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end design projects, from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to final production.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare layouts, graphics, and visual assets for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Provide creative input and innovative solutions during team strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a design-focused role (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A robust portfolio showcasing creative versatility and a strong aesthetic sense.
