Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
- Initiate contact with customers regarding overdue invoices and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and account disputes
- Generate monthly aging reports and collection performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address customer payment concerns
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of Philippine credit laws and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently while meeting collection targets
