Responsibilities
- Market and promote BFI Finance credit products (Car Financing, Multi-Purpose Loans) to potential customers through agency and dealer channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, showrooms, and agent partners to generate leads.
- Conduct field visits to dealers and customer locations to assess creditworthiness and gather required documents.
- Process credit applications from submission to approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, interest rates, and terms clearly.
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets and KPI metrics set by the branch.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit analysis, risk, operations) to streamline the loan approval process.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Marketing, Management, or Finance.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or credit marketing, preferably in the automotive financing or banking industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed at BFI Cibinong branch and conduct field visits (own vehicle required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Having a valid SIM C or A, and own vehicle (car/motorcycle) is a must.
