Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Account Management, Relationship Management, or a high-level Customer Service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
