Responsibilities

  • greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • process customer orders, transactions, and payments accurately
  • respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with timely and helpful responses
  • maintain product knowledge and communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers
  • collaborate with the Store Executive to ensure store operations run smoothly
  • handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and resolve issues efficiently
  • perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management
  • uphold company standards and represent the brand positively at all times

Qualifications

  • minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
  • ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • graduate of any business-related course is an advantage but not required
  • must be willing to work in Davao City and comply with local scheduling requirements
