Responsibilities

  • Accurately validate and process all necessary financial documentation submitted by members, ensuring completeness and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough affordability checks and financial assessments to support finance application approvals.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of member contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members regarding their finance applications and inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Liaise effectively with internal finance, sales, and legal teams to resolve issues, expedite processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of all member interactions, financial data, and application statuses in the CRM system.
  • Educate members on financial processes, contractual obligations, and available solutions with clarity and professionalism.
  • Identify potential process improvements to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction within the finance application workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a customer service, finance support, liaison, or administrative role, preferably within a financial or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in document processing and data entry.
