Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to clients from Hong Kong and Mainland China via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professional empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and participating in feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or BPO environment.
- Native or professional fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong command of English for internal reporting and training purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of patience and tact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.
