Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor service requests and escalate critical incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, dispatch logs, and service outcomes in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with field agents and internal departments to optimize routing and minimize delays.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures for dispatch and customer service.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance overall service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling escalations.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and adapt to shifting schedules if required.
