Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally, providing accurate information and solutions for general inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Perform administrative data entry tasks to ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support the team by managing call volumes efficiently during peak periods.
- Adhere to all operational policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and internal CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness and capability to work flexible 12-hour shift schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
