Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify customer needs, assess their requirements, and provide accurate, prompt solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
- Log all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions accurately within the company database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite resolutions for complex service requests.
- Stay up-to-date with product or service knowledge to provide precise information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a front-facing administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software usage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude toward problem-solving.
