Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services related to technology, travel, and financial accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to deliver the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service delivery.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and patient attitude even during challenging interactions.
Qualifications
- At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate; no prior call center experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Cebu City, Cebu.
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu.
