Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and compassionate attitude.
- Provide accurate information regarding account status, financial transactions, and service offerings.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to strict financial security and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical or financial disputes when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in our CRM system with high data integrity.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Stay updated on financial industry trends and internal product changes to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or financial services environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of integrity and comfort handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in computer navigation, multitasking, and typing speed.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent vocational training.
