Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules for ACMV technicians to ensure timely maintenance and repair services.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team to resolve inquiries and provide service updates.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on professional quotations for aircon servicing and spare parts replacement.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing maintenance contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding ACMV services and pricing.
- Maintain and update the internal database with job completion reports and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure necessary spare parts are available for scheduled jobs.
- Generate invoices and process service-related documentation accurately post-service delivery.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a GCE O-Level, N-Level, or Diploma in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations coordination, preferably within the ACMV or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of basic air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for scheduling and data management.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Reside within or have easy access to the Tai Seng/North-East region.
