Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all customers upon arrival and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Operate the POS system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and membership programs to maximize customer value.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Resolve minor customer service issues promptly to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined in following company SOPs.
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality is an added advantage but not mandatory.
