Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting, assisting, and attending to all guests entering the outlet.
- Manage walk-in and reservation bookings for karaoke rooms efficiently using our booking system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, common areas, and the facility at all times.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Proactively address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies and merchandise, and restock items as needed.
- Uphold and promote the brand's high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, F&B, or retail is an added advantage but not required (fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Must be able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
