Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival, providing information about room packages and promotions.
- Manage room bookings and walk-in registrations efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure all karaoke rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and set up according to company standards before guest arrival.
- Provide basic Food and Beverage service, including taking orders and delivering snacks or drinks to rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor the lobby area and maintain a tidy environment throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and equipment checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and weekends.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM level qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage but not required.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Punctual, disciplined, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a karaoke/entertainment venue setting.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
