Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor the facility to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient outlet operations.
- Resolve minor guest concerns promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students looking for part-time opportunities are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (additional languages are a plus).
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, reliable, and possess a proactive work attitude.
- Able to stand for long periods and work comfortably in a retail/service setting.
- Prior experience in customer service or F&B is an advantage but not required.
