Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers entering the outlet.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and registration processes efficiently.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms or tables promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer service counter and common areas.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash and digital payments, with high accuracy.

Qualifications
