Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers entering the outlet.
- Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and registration processes efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms or tables promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer service counter and common areas.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash and digital payments, with high accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or feedback in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, or Professional Certificate in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an added advantage but not required.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent grooming standards and a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
