Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels including live chat, email, and phone calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding client products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and service quality.
- Maintain a deep understanding of project-specific guidelines for industries like Gaming, Telco, and Healthcare.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
