Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, highlighting features and benefits that align with their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handling payments, invoices, and after‑sales documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain showroom standards by keeping displays tidy, restocking merchandise, and ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, participating in promotional events and loyalty programmes to drive revenue growth.
- Attend regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge and refine customer service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or a call‑centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
