Responsibilities
- Support the School Head with daily operational tasks and administrative functions
- Manage student enrollment processes and provide accurate information to parents and prospective students
- Coordinate class schedules, timetables, and seating arrangements for optimal learning environments
- Maintain comprehensive student records, attendance documentation, and academic files
- Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing financial transactions
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and attract new students to educational programs
- Ensure facility maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the premises
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; prior customer service experience in an educational setting is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tasks
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service and student welfare
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and flexible hours during peak enrollment periods
