In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our organization, acting as the primary point of contact for shoppers and retailers alike.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visitor experience. You will not only assist with daily enquiries but also act as a brand ambassador, promoting the malls’ latest programmes, events, and initiatives to our retailers and shoppers. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to all mall shoppers and visitors.
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Actively promote mall programmes, marketing campaigns, and events to retailers to drive engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of mall directories, services, and facilities to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily mall operations.
- Collect and record visitor feedback to help improve the overall shopping experience.
- Support administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting for the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
