Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and professional technical support to Singapore-based clients via the Omnidesk platform.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket documentation within the CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Meet or exceed daily KPIs related to response times and resolution quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or call center environment.
- Proficiency with helpdesk ticketing software, specifically Omnidesk or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in office productivity tools.
