Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all student and public inquiries, both in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Efficiently process student registrations, course enrolments, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and maintaining up-to-date student records.
  • Handle fee collection, generate invoices, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of course materials, student handbooks, and promotional information.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to address student feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Actively promote school courses and programs to prospective students, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the education or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
