Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms professionally.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ticketing box office and online systems.
- Assist in event setup, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote upcoming events and ticket packages.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Ensure all operational procedures comply with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field; relevant experience in customer service or ticketing is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing software.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays during event seasons.
