Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor at the reception desk.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Process class bookings, membership sign‑ups, cancellations, and payment transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, organized front‑desk area and ensure all promotional materials are up to date.
- Coordinate with operations and fitness teams to facilitate smooth class flow and facility usage.
- Handle member feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist in organizing club events, promotions, and community initiatives to boost engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards across all front‑desk activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic POS or booking systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
