Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role.
