Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, products, and company policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Process orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds accurately using our internal systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address any discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products or inform customers of ongoing promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and company updates to provide accurate information.
- Provide actionable feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues or suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or the fashion industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Filipino is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable navigating various web applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Manila City, Metro Manila, and be open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
