  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments effectively using our practice management software.
  • Welcome patients to the clinic and assist with registration and check-in processes.
  • Educate patients on dental services, treatment plans, and post-procedural care instructions.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve service concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while strictly adhering to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma in any related field or equivalent working experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in other local languages is an added advantage).
