In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, resolve customer inquiries, and provide expert assistance regarding our service offerings. Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle sales, parts, and service appointments.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints with patience, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Follow established communication procedures and quality standards to meet performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional campaigns to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and thrive under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
