Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid NBI clearance and clean background record
