Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and service issues using a logical, customer-centric approach.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to improve overall service processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management while providing clear follow-up information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer applications.
- High level of patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
