Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update database information as needed
- Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications
- Willingness to work rotating schedules if required
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
