Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and applying appropriate procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions following company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as needed.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and average handling time.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with navigating multiple applications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong City and in shifting schedules including nights and weekends.
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
- Ability to handle stress, maintain composure, and stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
