Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications promptly and professionally, serving as the primary voice of the company.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.
- Process registrations, orders, and service requests accurately within the designated systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system according to strict compliance and quality standards.
- Exceed performance benchmarks for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and call handling efficiency.
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of solid Customer Service experience in a BPO environment is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Amenable to working onsite in Makati City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard CRM platforms.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace, patience, and professionalism.
