Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, adhering to client-specific guidelines and quality standards.
- Document all interactions systematically in the company's CRM database.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members or the appropriate department for resolution.
- Consistently meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores and average handling time.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School (SHS) Graduate / ALS Graduate. College education is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be amenable to working onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
