Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction through clear communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
- Meet personal and team sales/service targets and call handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies regarding data privacy.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve overall service delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college (undergraduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- High school graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
