Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction through clear communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
  • Meet personal and team sales/service targets and call handling quotas.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies regarding data privacy.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve overall service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (undergraduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • High school graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are also welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
