Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily performance KPIs, including average handling time and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to identify process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to company data privacy and security policies.
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed some college units.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
