Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain updated customer records.
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services when opportunities arise.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and processes.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent; College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Open to fresh graduates – no prior BPO or call center experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows OS, internet browsing, and email.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be amenable to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
