Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain updated customer records.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services when opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and processes.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- At least High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent; College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Open to fresh graduates – no prior BPO or call center experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows OS, internet browsing, and email.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be amenable to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
