Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding energy account inquiries, billing, and service issues.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be amenable to work at UP Technohub, Quezon City.
