As a CSR for our healthcare account, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members and healthcare providers. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from members and healthcare providers regarding insurance coverage, claims, and benefits.
  • Provide empathetic and professional assistance to resolve complex patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and notes in the internal CRM system.
  • Verify member eligibility and explain healthcare policy details in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated healthcare issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including quality scores and average handling time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational attainment: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Proficiency in the English language with a preferred B2 level (Upper Intermediate) for effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to show empathy and patience towards callers.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows and software programs simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Bacolod City facility.
  • Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a BPO environment or healthcare setting is a significant advantage but not required.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
