Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Verify client schedules and ensure all appointments are managed accurately to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct on-site presence checks (where applicable) and ensure remote team members adhere to attendance protocols.
- Document all customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system to track service quality.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to clients.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management while keeping the customer informed of the resolution progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet working environment.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
