Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to help improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to users.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment with a reliable internet connection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
